Ralph & Russo, first established in London in 2007 by Tamara Ralph and Michael Russo, was launched in 2010. Having initially entered the luxury market with couture, the duo has taken their dedication to design and innovation forward to curate a global luxury brand encompassing leather goods, shoes and more notably of late, the launch of ready-to-wear.
The brand has received numerous accolades since their inception, most notable being their acceptance by The Chambre Syndicate de la Haute Couture; the first British member in almost a century.
In 2013, Tamara Ralph and Michael Russo were listed on Fortune Magazine's '40 under 40' establishing Ralph & Russo as the first global fashion brand to have ever been featured. In 2014, Ralph & Russo announced a passive financial investment by businessman (and philanthropist) John Caudwell for a non-controlling, minority share in the company and, subsequently, an undisclosed nine-figure valuation for the luxury brand.
Since, Ralph & Russo have opened boutiques in two of the world's most prestigious retailers, Bergdorf Goodman and Harrods, with a permanent residence on the Harrods 'Superbrands' floor. With their own maisons in two fashion capitals, a global e-commerce offering and a network of international boutiques soon to be unveiled, the brand's ever progressive identity knows no bounds, showing Ralph & Russo to be an absolute leader in its field. In September 2016, the duo was included in the Business of Fashion 500, the professional index of names influencing the global fashion industry. At the November 2016 Walpole British Luxury Awards, Tamara Ralph and Michael Russo picked up the Outstanding Achievement Award.
