Keeping this in mind and catering to the health-conscious guest Chef Paul Kinny, Culinary Director, The St. Regis Mumbai has curated a menu brimming with local produce and natural goodness. From gluten-free to sugar-free, from keto to vegan, there's something for everyone to indulge in, in this all-new healthy menu.
Guests can choose for meal bowls such as Quinoa Salad with Passion Fruit Dressing, Soba Noodle Super Salad (made with sprouts, heirloom tomatoes, seaweed, tofu, chia seeds), Sweet Potato Poke Bowl (red rice, preserved Kashmiri apple, sesame dressing), Charred Beetroot Hummus served with nachini chips. The plates section consists of delicacies such as Broccoli & Kale Burger, Buckwheat Crepes, Fresh Zoodles and Green Monsieur (Portobello mushrooms and vegan cheese in gluten-free bread).
Those looking for an energetic and refreshing option can go for their Smoothie Bowls like Mixed Berries and Granola or the Banana & Nuts and Avocado & Spirulina. For all the dessert lovers out there Chef has created Sugar-Free Flourless Chocolate Cake and introduced a range of Vegan Ice Creams.
